ETH Applied Entomology (= Insect Sciences) is a multinational group committed to the study of plant-insect relationships with a special focus on agricultural systems and the environment.

Striving for more sustainable development, our aim is to use natural resources while at the same time preserving them for future generations.

The geographic range includes both developed and developing countries. Our courses are designed for future biologists and agricultural, environmental and forest scientist.

Students as well as the international scientific community make use of our rich documentation of insect biodiversity.
